Property runs a 24/7 front desk/resident services team. Shifts available include: + 7a-3p Morning + 3p-11p Evening + 11p-7a Overnight + 11a-7p Mid-day Front desk/resident services team supports lobby and building operations, including but not limited to friendly reception, warm customer service, coordinating deliveries, move-ins and move-outs, managing packages, operational excellence, common area oversight, address inquiries, resolving issues, answer telephones, tracking and logging activity daily, plus monitoring access control and life/safety systems in an emergency.
