What's in It for You?

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you'll be in charge of the overall guest services operations. This includes room rental management, reservation handling, staff deployment, training, record keeping, and report generation. You'll also be the friendly face that builds and maintains good relationships with our guests. You'll even get the chance to act as the property Manager on Duty when assigned.

Key Responsibilities Create a high-standard environment where comfort, service, and quality are paramount for our guests. Enhance cooperation among all departments, creating a teamwork-driven atmosphere. Work closely with Managers and Front Office staff to ensure efficient room inventory controls. Maintain a productive relationship with the Property Management System provider. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper key controls. Manage departmental staffing levels according to occupancy levels. Train Front Office staff comprehensively to ensure the highest level of guest service. Be adaptable and ready to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends. Who You'll Report To:

What We're Looking For: Experience in hotel front office operations Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and time management skills Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, and overall computer literacy Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility and adaptability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends Superior report and accounting skills Outstanding guest relations skills Physical Requirements:

While performing your duties, you're regularly required to sit; stand; bend; walk; use hands or fingers; or feel objects, tools or controls; lift boxes (up to 25 pounds); talk and hear. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision to a computer screen.
