As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, supporting the Front Office Manager in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. The schedule typically includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage is $22 per hour. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service. + Lead, mentor, and support front desk staff to achieve their best. + Train new team members and provide ongoing support for hotel systems and procedures. + Manage room assignments, guest check-ins/check-outs, and special requests. + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations. + Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, performance evaluations, and administrative tasks. + Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area. + Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Skills & Requirements: + Strong leadership and team management abilities. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency with front desk software (training provided). + Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. + A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for guest service excellence. Education and Experience: + Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred. + Proven track record in team leadership is a plus. Physical Demands: + Standing for extended periods. + Frequent bending, lifting, and movement within the front desk area. Performance Measurement: + 90-day performance review, guest feedback, and team collaboration.
