\nThis contemporary, vibrant, and newly redesigned hotel is located just a few steps to Michigan Avenue shopping and the sights of Navy Pier.

The Front Desk Supervisor is a full-time position, working rotating/flexible shifts, starting at either 7am to 3pm., or 3pm to 11pm. **Some overnights may be required. Weekends and holidays required.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nOversees front desk operations.\nProvides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.\nAssigns and instructs team members in details of work.\nMonitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.\nResolves customer complaints.\nTrains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.\nWhat are we looking for?
