Front-End Central Probe Planning Manager

We are looking for a Probe Planning Manager to join our Front-End US Expansion Planning team.  You will be the key local partner for TSE, SIG, Site IE, Global planning / Scenario, and central procurement teams to optimize capacity and capital requirements for the network. You will work with internal and external partners to outline resources required to support the business plan and identify actions to close gaps. You will be responsible for handling, auditing, and validating Probe capacity models and systems to settle network capital requirements. Your team will coordinate, monitor, and evaluate Probe capital and OCAP requests for tactical, strategic, and alternative manufacturing scenarios to help guide corporate strategic direction. You will communicate capacity metrics and strategies to all relevant partners, driving accountability and supervising key performance indicators plan over plan.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Build trust-based relationships within the team and across organizationsEffectively engage in team member performance and developmentOversee execution of mandatory training for direct reportsDrive accountability through clear communication, feedback, effective project management, and appropriate usage of metricsManage, audit, and validate Probe capacity models and planning systems to resolve network capital requirementsFacilitate capacity and capital scenarios to help enable decision making process to guide corporate strategic directionDrive planning for new product introductions and network interceptionBenchmark factory capacity parameters within the network driving BKM and improvement projectsManage Probe capital and OCAP budgets while enabling the right capacity solution at the right time

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, and/or Management

Experience: Three or more years in Production Planning, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Global Network Planning that clearly demonstrates a thorough knowledge of capacity and processes
