Job Title: Front-End Developer Department: Development Reports To: Lead Developer Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on the front-end aspects of our Omni Lightning platform, integrating new features and enhancing our user interface. This role involves problem-solving, creativity, and a strong understanding of front-end development principles. Key Responsibilities: + Work on enhancing the front-end features of our Omni Lightning platform to improve functionality and user experience. + Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. + Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. + Collaborate with the back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services. + Innovate and develop new ideas and features for the Omni Lightning platform to continuously improve our product offering. + Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience. Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. + Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or a similar role. + Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. + Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with other departments. + Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for product features. Key Performance Indicators: The performance of the Front-End Developer will be measured based on the following KPIs: + Number of new UI/UX enhancements and features. + Development of new internal features for the Omni Lightning platform. + Creation of new external features for the Omni Lightning platform. + Efficiency in project completion times. + Achievement of departmental objectives ("rocks"). + Demonstration of the company's core values.
