We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our people analytics team and work on building and maintaining a HR and internal facing chatbots using Google Cloud, Slack, and Anthropic. This role will focus on managing our conversational AI assistant's infrastructure, integrations, and ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces for our chatbot applications Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs for chatbot interactions Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our web applications Deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure via infrastructure as code Work hands-on with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred) Integrate conversational tools with Slack and other required systems to power a conversational interface Write Python Cloud Functions to support product API integrations with external AI/NLP agents (ex: Anthropic AI) Work closely with data scientists and UX designers to optimize conversation flows and identify opportunities to improve user experience Continuously improve chatbot capabilities by training NLP models and tuning dialog logic Monitor and troubleshoot issues with live chatbot to maintain optimal uptime and performance Implement security best practices for data privacy and system access Continuous improvement of our infrastructure, ensuring that it is highly available and observable
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a business or quantitative STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, Business Analytics) 3+ years experience as a full-stack developer working on cloud-based applications Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular) Expertise in UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD) Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, etc.) Experience with serverless development and REST API integrations Knowledge of Python and SQL databases like Snowflake Familiarity with NLP concepts and dialog systems a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Self-directed and able to drive projects to completion Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud-native infrastructures
