Description We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join our team. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and offers a blend of on-site and remote work. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity that involves a variety of tasks, including the creation of user-facing features, collaboration with backend developers, and the optimization of web applications. Responsibilities: • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of user-facing features utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks, with a focus on Vue.js. • Optimize web applications to enhance performance, usability, and responsiveness. • Consistently implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and debugging. • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end interfaces with PHP Laravel applications. • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to provide seamless user experiences. • Keep up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and frameworks to continually improve the development process. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of detail oriented experience as a Front End Developer or similar role • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management • Experience in Backend Development, capable of understanding and integrating backend elements • Skilled in Bug Tracking, capable of identifying and fixing issues efficiently • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting to ensure optimal user experience • Knowledge in Cross-Platform development for creating versatile applications • Experience in AB Testing to optimize website conversion rates • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology for project management • Familiarity with Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications • Experience in API Development, capable of creating and integrating APIs effectively • Proficiency in CSS for designing and maintaining visually appealing websites • Strong knowledge in JavaScript for developing interactive web applications • Experience in Vue.js for building user interfaces and single-page applications Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
