Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement: To grow the business @ Delhi location and bring a business Drive products Division through Channel Partners/ OEMs / System Integrators/EUsWork model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Faridabad, India.You will be mainly accountable for:Budget, Planning and ExecutionAchieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division (VFD Products). To Primarly focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market.Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB. Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time.Develop new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster. Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.Prepare business plan for each focused market focused on activity. Drive business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI’s with proper business planning & intime support.Market DevelopmentDo inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition, work closely with the CP/OEM/SI’s and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.OwnershipFull commitment to meet the budget numbers, interact regularly with CP/OEM/SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment.Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed & with the operations team to ensure commitment on the deliveryMISRegularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.Projects & key account managementSystematically track the key projects and Customer activity. Develop a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI’s and take responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

Qualification: BE/ BTech : >5 years
