Business Manager - Portfolio
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will drive profitable sales growth and be responsible for driving sales on the Danish market. You will have your base in our headquarters in Middelfart but travel to customers in all of Denmark. You will develop strategic collaborations and relationships with both Danish manufacturing industries and partners, aiming to make global industry more efficient, sustainable, and profitable.Key responsibilities include:• Driving sales to all customers in Denmark while building strategic relationships with key customers and partners.• Proactively seek out and cultivate relationships with potential clients to grow our customer base.• Representing ABB’s full portfolio, including robots, robot accessories, function packages, robot cells, full turn-key solutions from global solution centers, and customer services.• Reporting to the Business Line Manager Industries, Nordics.• Operating out of ABB’s Middelfart office with flexibility to travel within Denmark as needed.
Qualifications for the roleDemonstrated talent for building and maintaining strong relationships with industrial customers in Denmark Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities Passion for delivering results and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Danish and English Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams Extensive experience in robot automation and/or commercial experience in system sales, showcasing a proven track record Strong customer orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs Willingness to travel within Denmark to engage with customers and drive business growth
