Your role and responsibilities

Mission StatementTo grow business in @Udaipur Location for Heavy Industries Market (Metal/MMH/Rubber/Cement/Chemical etc) to meet order targets and ensure sustainable, profitable business growth by planning, overseeing implementation of plans/strategies, and supporting FES team in driving market development within company guidelines.Work model: on site #LI-onsiteThis role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division, based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.You will be mainly accountable for:Budget, Planning and ExecutionResponsible for Drive Product business in Heavy Industry segment in Udaipur. Evaluate growth opportunities and decides appropriate activities inline with the strategy.Achieve the sales target in growing Drive product business in Heavy industry segment with Sales team. Define target markets, segments, applications and with optimum sales channels.Prepare business plan for cluster-wise to achieve order targets and build sales team. Regular planning activities required for the business in the form of forecast, meetings, ppts.Presales techno-commercial support to FES & channel partnersMarket DevelopmentOwner of segment business with a focus on value proposition and marketing activities.Work closely with the consultants, End User and share success stories. Make sure that portfolio is fully used, properly positioned, communicated to sales & channels.OwnershipFull commitment on the business with the sales meeting the required gross margins. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.MISRegularly review department activities and order status to ensure profitability. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.Projects & key account management:Systematically track the key projects and win directly else together with Industry focused partners. Develop a business plan for key accounts and take responsibility for managing them

Qualification: BE/ BTech >5 years
