\nPeople, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Front-End Administrator to manage the Joint Staff SharePoint portals and provide support to the JS mission primarily through the utilization of Microsoft 365 (DoD365), Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint (SP) tools and applications.
\n
\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n\n\tApply extensive knowledge of client-side administration of SharePoint-based (SP2013, SP2019, SP Online) portal systems. Knowledgeable in the use, integration, and functionality of Microsoft PowerApps and other Microsoft Power Platform apps.\n\tWorking knowledge of regulatory requirements to include the Americans with Disabilities Act (Section 508 compliance) and Safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Records Management, U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) to ensure portal and associated applications comply with regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with service providers (JS and DISA/JSP) portal governance as well as associated DoD policies and procedures.\n\tHave an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office 2016/Microsoft 365 and other tools, to include but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint, and Teams and how to integrate and use within the SharePoint environment.\n\tHave general knowledge and access to decision support systems (i.e., C2IE, Advana) and the potential to integrate into a SharePoint environment or recommend as an alternate better solution to SharePoint to meet the customer’s requirement.\n\tMust have excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and gather customer requirements and translate requirements for technical implementation into usable customer accepted solutions. \n\tAbility to develop, facilitate, and lead training on basic and advanced SharePoint and DoD365 topics as well as training on custom solutions in desk-side to small group training sessions (in-person and virtually).\n\nRequired Education/Certifications:\n\n \n\n\n\tBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution \n\n
\nMinimum Required Experience:\n\n\n\tFront-End Administrators must have five (5) years of task related experience. This experience must include extensive working knowledge and experience in front-end support for SharePoint (SP) environments (SP 2013/SP 2019/SP Online) with an understanding of the back-end functionality of SharePoint environments for troubleshooting and coordination with the service provider. Must understand the out-of-the box functionality and tools while supporting new tools available in the Power Platform suite of tools and applications.\n\n
