This role involves developing and implementing automated Email, SMS, and Autocall messaging solutions to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Take fully formed business requirements and documented technical requirements to build and update Email and SMS code utilizing JSON * Lead the development and implementation of automated messaging solutions, including Email, SMS, and Autocall * Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for messaging solutions * Ensure that all messaging solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations * Monitor and analyze the performance of messaging campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements * Manage a team of developers and other technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed * Escalate issues to management to ensure projects are not blocked and are completed on time * Drive assigned tasks to completion with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
