Front End Web Developer


Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern web development frameworks such as React or Vite, experience with state management tools like Zustand, and expertise in creating PixelPerfect designs using CSS and or SCSS. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in translating designs from Figma into dynamic, responsive websites. Full-stack development experience is a plus. Emphasis on working Central time hours when needed.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using React, Vite, and Zustand. Understand state management and react lifecycle and debugging principles.
• Translate design mockups from Figma into high-quality, responsive, and PixelPerfect dynamic websites.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with product managers, and other developers to deliver engaging user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs as components are built out.
• Conduct peer code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
• Implement best practices for web development, including accessibility and performance optimizations.
• (Optional) Contribute to back-end development if you have full stack experience.


Qualifications:
• Preference on Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-6 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Zustand.
• Some experience with 3.js is a plus
• Expertise in SCSS and CSS-in-JS techniques.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and development principles.
• Experience in translating Figma designs into functional and aesthetic web applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and gitflow.
• Understanding of full stack development (preferred but not required).
