Posting Details Posting Details Position Title Front of House and Operations Assistant- Work Study (Student) Student Status Work Study Required- You are required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position. Work Location Springfield Campus Department Theatre & Dance Hiring Range 13.75 Sponsorship Information Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. Department/Employer Operating Hours 8-8 How many hours per week are required? 6-8 Description of Primary Duties The student will work with the house manager on scanning tickets, participate in final reporting process, ensure that patrons receive detailed information about each production/performance, seat patrons (if needed), answer questions, and complete additional duties as assigned by house manager. Required Qualifications Follow specific instructions, maintain a pleasant disposition as the first point person of patron contract, multi-task, learn new technology such as ticketing scanning, wear appropriate clothing for ushering.
