Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Maintain positive guest relations at all timesResolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfactionMaintain complete knowledge of the hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, hotel features, and other knowledge necessary to perform daily duties Process all guest check-ins, confirm the reservation in the system and review all noted informationProvide general information about the room, hotel facilities, and provide assistance for restaurant reservations
