Front of House Manager
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experience Front of House Manager for our Service Industry Client based in Atlanta, GA. This restaurant is part of a larger Botanical Gardens. Our ideal candidate will have a great understanding of hospitality and a deep desire to serve while leading a team of restaurant professionals. They should also possess great leadership skills, unwavering attention to detail and integrity to uphold all service and professional standards of the Garden and the restaurant. The ideal candidate would have experience in a fine dining adjacent position, ideally with event experience. Must also demonstrate the following:  Organize the work and responsibilities for Front of the House Team  Create effective schedules which appropriately service our guests and supports the restaurant  Ensures uniform and hygiene policies are followed by all FOH employees to the expectations of our guests and the restaurant  Complete payroll submission  Follow budget and controls and inventory checks to ensure the restaurant is profitable  Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work both as a team with other manager/chefs and independently  Create ongoing training materials for FOH team to keep consistency  Receive and analyze customer feedback to help improve service to our guests and ongoing menus  A strong desire to please our guests is a must We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
