Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office All Rounder to join our diverse Front Office team. Our hotel caters to both business and leisure guests, featuring three conference spaces and an in-house restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming demeanor, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.

Primary Duties:

Greet and assist guests as their primary point of contact throughout their stay.Facilitate friendly and enjoyable check-in, and check-out processes, providing luggage assistance, and tourism information where required. Provide friendly service to external and internal guests at all times, including recommendations for local attractions as well as hotel services.Answer phone calls with professionalism, and coordinate reservations to ensure accuracy in room allocation.Handle guest inquiries both in person, and over the phone, resolving enquires promptly and efficiently. 
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera. Strong Communication Skills: Collaborative teamwork, and excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages being a benefit.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions with a guest-focused approach, creating memorable experiences for our guests. Local Knowledge: Knowledge of the local attractions in South Brisbane, and ability to recommend attractions and activities.Flexible Availability: You will be required to work a range of shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
