QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be a graduate of Hospitality Management or any related course Preferrably, but not necessary, has hotel-related work experience Candidate must be computer literate or knowledgeable in working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc. Must be able to work on flexible schedule Must be willing to be train and with positive attitude Must be proactive, team player and fast learner Has organization skills and detail-oriented Can handle stressful situations Must be effective in written and verbal communication

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for check-in and check-out of the guests Perform cashiering tasks Answer telephone calls internal and external calls with a courteous and professional manner Handle reservation emails and guest inquiries regarding room rates, hotel facilities, and general information accurately and in timely manner Sending night audit reports to all concerned departments
