What your day-to-day will look like:

Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional mannerManage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all timesHandle incoming phone calls, emails, user tickets and correspondence, routing them to appropriate departments or individualsCoordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings and eventsManage visitor access control systems and issue temporary access cards when necessaryAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparationCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders as neededSupport other departments with various administrative tasks as requiredEnsure compliance with JLL's security protocols and procedures 

 
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate environmentFlexibility to work in shiftsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and demeanorCustomer service-oriented with a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with office equipment and technologies

Desired Skills

Knowledge of the facility management industryExperience with visitor management systemsFirst aid and emergency response training
