Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to join our team in Mysuru, India. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk staff. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage daily operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Lead and supervise the front office team, including hiring, training, and performance managementEnsure smooth check-in and check-out processes, maintaining high levels of guest satisfactionManage room inventory and optimize occupancy ratesOversee guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolutionCollaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain operational efficiencyImplement and maintain front office systems and proceduresMonitor and analyze front office performance metrics and financial reportsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standardsDevelop and implement strategies to improve guest experiences and increase revenueStay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in front office operations
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industryExcellent knowledge of hotel management systems, particularly Opera PMSStrong leadership and team management skillsOutstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel management softwareSolid understanding of hotel operations, including housekeeping and maintenanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsFinancial management skills, including budgeting and forecastingBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
