Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We’re looking for a **Front Office Manager** to take ownership of delivering outstanding first impressions—overseeing registration, reservations, concierge, and porter services.
**Your Day-to-Day:**
+ Lead, mentor, and coach the front office team to ensure warm, professional, and memorable guest interactions.
+ Engage with guests, build relationships, and resolve concerns effectively.
+ Conduct regular front office inspections to maintain high service standards.
+ Manage budgets, drive revenue through upselling, and optimize operational efficiencies.
+ Train the team on PBX procedures and lead crisis management when necessary.
+ Oversee financial transactions, night audits, and compliance with hotel policies.
+ Collaborate with external housekeeping teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ Minimum three years of experience in a guest services role with management/supervisory experience.
+ Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
+ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ NSW RSA competency card, First Aid certification, and a valid Driver’s License.
+ Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
