We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of the Front Office department. Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Desk, Bell Services, Guest transportation and Communications Center. Your role will involve ensuring that the department runs smoothly in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and consistently delivering the Miraval brand culture and standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.Assist the Resort Manager in delivering the brand promise by maintaining high standards in all front-of-house operations.Ensure that the Front Desk, Bell services, Guest Transportation, and Communications Centre run efficiently and seamlessly.Proactively engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Handle guest complaints and special requests with a focus on providing personalized and innovative solutions.Recruit, supervise, train, and develop Front Office team members, ensuring a high standard of service and performance meeting Miraval and Hyatt goals.Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction scores and take proactive steps to improve performance.Ensure all Front Office administrative functions are performed according to hotel and corporate standards.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth operations across all areas.Miraval The Red Sea, a luxurious wellness resort located on Shura Island, is part of the Red Sea Project.
