Job Description

The Medical Assistant in this role will be supporting the Digestive Health Center. This center has up to 90 providers spanning a variety of specialties. The main three needing support are gastroenterology, hepatology, and GI surgery. Each Medical Assistant can see up to 40 patients a day, making the need for efficiency and communication imperative. This role is a Monday to Friday position with a scheduled time of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

This is a stable environment with a great team culture. The position requires work from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Each Medical Assistant supports 3-4 providers and sees up to 40 patients a day. The role is predominantly administrative and is not suitable for someone looking to be very hands-on and assisting with procedures. The department is ranked top 10 in the entire nation for its specialty and takes pride in being a top provider.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
