This position is open for Vietnamese candidates only: **Responsibilities:** + Perform check-outs and assist with check-ins when needed. + Anticipate guest needs, proactively address inquiries, and suggest alternatives for a personalized experience. + Ensure guest satisfaction by taking ownership of concerns and following up in a timely manner. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, villa types, rates, and promotions. + Maximize revenue through room upgrades and service sales. + Handle cash and credit transactions securely while ensuring guest information confidentiality. + Accurately prepare daily reports, manage paperwork, and update guest movement logs. + Serve as an airport representative when required. + Foster a collaborative work environment within the Front Office and across departments. + Uphold professional grooming standards, personal hygiene, and polished communication. + Represent the resort with professionalism and integrity, ensuring all actions comply with ethical standards and local laws. **Requirements:** + High school education required; a hospitality degree is preferred. + At least one year of experience in a similar role within a high-end resort. + Equivalent combinations of experience and training will be considered.Proficiency in Opera PMS and POS systems. + Strong understanding of Front Office procedures. + Good command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage. + Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
