Assist the FO team of Banco Santander International S.A. in the daily business as usual. You will be giving support on service tasks in a well-organized and timely way, learning about the needs of the bankers and the clients.
You will be doing of the following tasks:
Customer service, helping on:
Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance mattersMonitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-upChecking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc.Addressing request for payment instructionsProcess applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit CardsOperations and Back Office, supporting on:
Ensure close collaboration with various departments including Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office.Monitoring and verifying that all the transactions requested have been completed/processed by the operations department.FX transactions and wire transfers managementNew accounts and UpdatesPrepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and other members of Front Office Team.Profile
Formal Academic Education: i.e. bachelor’s degree1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry in the following fields: customer service, operations, compliance, back office, dealing with internal and external clients, preparation of reports and customer visits.Strong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and FinanceGood use of Office tools.Good planning and organizational skills/problem-solving approach.Dynamic, pro-active, and capable of completing tasks in an independent manner.Adaptable, personable team player with “can-do” attitude and great interpersonal skills.Teamwork and team spirit focused.Eager to learn.Languages
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). French and Portuguese will be highly valued.
