Key Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure high level of positive guest commentsPromote/sell in-house venues of hotel and waterparkResolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectivelyContinuous training of staff in Guest ServiceTo increase revenues by controlling labor and other costsInvestigate and resolve guest concerns in a courteous and professional mannerTo ensure maintenance and cleanliness of Front OfficeMulti task between reservations and the front desk responsibilities when Front Desk Supervisor in not availableAll other job duties as assigned by management.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to Business Operations Manager.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality preferredUp to 6 months experience in Front Office or related field preferredMust be able to speak, understand, read and write EnglishExceptional work ethic and attention to detailComputer literacy, plus knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera products is desiredMust be able to be on feet for a period of up to four (4) hours in lengthPossess ability to effectively promote and market all hotel and waterpark servicesPossess leadership and ability to communicate in a professional mannerPossess ability to motivate, develop, and direct staff as they workMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessaryValid Driver’s License and a clear driving record.Salary Range: $20.00- $22.00/hr
