Job Description
Assist in leading the Front Office Team to deliver an incomparable service experienceHandle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively whilst providing operational support and supervision on shiftProvide a structured and consistent onboarding and training experience for Front Office team membersEnsure the Front Office team provides prompt and efficient serviceBuild strong relationships and liaise with all other departments (housekeeping, reservations etc.)Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Similar experience in an international 5-star hotelPrevious Opera experience is an assetFluency in English & TurkishFluency in Arabic is an assetMust possess a professional presentationStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
