Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing cashiering services to customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

Sells and redeems chipsCashes personal checks and other negotiable instrumentsProcesses cash advance transactionsIssues and redeems markers, front money, safekeeping deposits and withdrawalsExchanges foreign currency and processes Western Union checksBalances to an impressed amount daily

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists patrons with information and directions

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentMust have previous money handling experience

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

Good communication and organizational skillsAccurate and timely transactions with patrons

Training Requirements:

Knowledge of ACSC, Global Cash Access and ERP computer systemsKnowledge of the casino computer management system

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to work in a smoking environmentMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
