We are looking for an experienced Frontend engineer to join our globally distributed Digital CX and Transformation team and develop  products  which will create amazing customer experiences. 

Job Summary

As a skilled Frontend Engineer you play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences through the design and implementation of visually appealing and responsive front-end solutions. With a focus on user interface design, usability, and collaboration, you contribute to the overall success of digital products.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Demonstrate expertise in front-end technologies and user interface development. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to the success of the development process. Commitment to maintaining code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews. Strong problem-solving skills in addressing challenges related to front-end development. Proactive learning attitude, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies. Adaptability to changing project requirements and a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with React (at least 3 years) Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Proficiency in front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack).

 

Primary Job Responsibilities User Interface Development: Actively engage in designing and developing visually appealing user interfaces for digital applications. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Backend engineers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders with effective communication, to ensure seamless integration of front-end components. Responsive Design: Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Code Reviews: Participate in and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges related to front-end development, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Optimization: Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability. User Experience Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of user experience by implementing interactive and dynamic features. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies in frontend development, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the technology team. Education

Bachelor’s degree or Master´s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering/IT, or a related field.
