Job Description:

About the Role:

The Frosting Mixer is responsible for providing support to the mixing team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the department. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Inform Supervisor or any other Management personnel of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes which become noncompliant with specified requirementsMaking Set-ups When Necessary, weighing out the right amount of the required setup (soda, ammonia, salt, vanilla, flour salt, etc.) using the digital scaleBring out skids of bagged ingredients from the storage area using a motorized pallet jack truck and place them on the lift tables when neededMonitor the quality and consistency of batches throughout the day and communicate any inconsistencies to the supervisorLifting up to 50 pounds.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Line One, 1st shift, which operates from 8 am-4pm Monday-Friday and includes occasional mandatory Saturday when production needs demand. Starting Pay $23.66/hr.
