We are seeking a FRP Pipefitter Leadman for a position in St. Gabriel, LA. FRP Pipefitter Leadman will be responsible for laminating and fabrication of FRP and Dual Laminates on a plant site.\n

Essential Qualifications:\n\nMinimum of one (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill \nWritten pre-employment qualification test\nPost-offer drug\/alcohol screen and physical evaluation\nHazard Communication orientation\/test\nJob site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)\nSafety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)\nApplicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of such individual or others in the work place\nMust be able to obtain TWIC card and Security Passport\n\n

Functional Requirements:\n\nGood knowledge of FRP Laminating , FRP materials ( working with different resins) \nFamiliar with mixing ratios and skilled in composition of materials for FRP piping and tanks.\nAbility to use basic FRP prep tools. Saws, sanders and pencil grinders.\nSkilled with equipment and materials to build the FRP composite parts, hardware bonding and assembly of final parts with strict conformance to customer drawing prints, specifications, quality standards and inspection sheets.\nAbility read a tape measure, lift 50Lbs and use hand tools grinders, sanders, wrenches.\nAbility to comprehend and follow written work procedure, specifications and work standards.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.\nAbility to maintain a clean & organized environment.\nEffective oral and written communication skills.\nTeam-working and coordination skills.\nProven experience of working in Plastics\/FRPComposites industry too successful building or repair FRP components.\n\n
