As Digital & Analytics lead you will explore & leverage digital technologies and build analytical insights on key Quality metrics across the different quality functions, as to drive decision-making, enabling to achieve organization goals, and identify improvement opportunities to enhance operational excellence.
As Digital & Analytics lead you will implement, at regional and plant level, the different tools allowing to increase robustness of the different processes.
The role is based in EU and spanning McC CE activities, comprising of McCain Potatoes, Appetizers
Responsibilities
Implement QMS as digital strategy
Set-up, roll-out and maintain, through the entire region, the tool to host the QMS with the digital functions needed (workflow, automatic versioning, distribution, archiving, …), tool to be integrated into the general IT landscape. Set-up, roll-out and maintain, through the entire region, a user-friendly tool allowing CAPA tracking, shopfloor audit (glass audits, line inspections, …).Represent the region and Quality in the implementation of the Change Management tool and Product life cycle Management (PLM) tool, led by global entities, ensuring the systems will fit regional needs. Set-up, roll-out and maintain Customer Complaint tool through the region to get all complaints in one single database.In collaboration with stakeholders (Global Quality, MDI…), implement digitalization of the quality metrics.Support the development of leading indicators and realize the digitalization of the different KPIs from raw data’s to dynamic trends.Optimize SAP-Quality Module.Implement data’s digitalization
Responsible for digitalizing quality metrics data and reporting automation. Responsible for computer system validation (CSV) ensuring digital data quality in tools & reports.Compile monthly facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and create trending reports- digitization; Use data to make decisions and suggest changes to programs.Contribute to the data population and consolidation of the regional management review.Analyze data to detect trends, patterns, what show a deviation from key Quality metrics and/or standards, and drive data analytics improvement culture in the organization through influencing and collaboration.Assist in analysis data from and compiling of report on traceability/mock recall exercises.Food safety culture
Champion a strong food safety culture across the organization, creating an environment where decisions are made in line with the McCain quality value, and drive a technical understanding of food safety & quality, risks and impacts into the business.
About you:
Minimally holder of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology field, with a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in database management, selection and set-up of digital tools to the needs of an organization, as implementing analytical solutions. Strong communication skills verbally as written. Demonstrated ability to present data in a comprehensible, easy understandable and actionable way.Experience in Project management, with demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation projects.Fluent in English and proficiency in French, Dutch is an asset.Expertise in leveraging ‘AI’ is an advantage.Holding a Six Sigma degree is an advantage.Collaborative spirit; working effectively with team members.Learning and coaching mindset, driving digital culture in the organization.
