The Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for delivering services to our customers, performing preventive and corrective technical services in line with good maintenance practices, the FSE has an important role in delivering results within business expectations, as well as leading the installed base assigned to him/her for excellence in performance, the FSE is the strongest link between the real needs of customers and how the customer sees the organization Beckman Coulter as a business partner, leadership is essential in maintaining a high level of satisfaction and meeting customer needs.

This position is part of Service Brazil located in São Paulo, SP, having the opportunity to be on-site with customers. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Field Service Engineer Team and report to the Technical Leader SP responsible for maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction for after-sales services, also responsible Customer facing role and relationship, the FSE must develop yourself technically and strive to develop skills to better serve customers, comply with service tools, manage demands vs. priorities, also understand the impacts on service metrics in the pursuit of continuous improvement, accountability with cost and resource management, be a strong ally of the commercial team, technical lead for the installed base assigned to him/her as primary, have the ability to lead a solution within the organization to the end result for the customer and want to work to build a world-class Field Service Engineer organization—read on.

 The essential requirements of the job include: 

Education in Eletric engineer or co related coursesminimun of 5 years of experienceIVD environment

It would be a plus if you also have english
