FSED Harvest CT/Radiology Tech - Weekend Nights
Crestwood Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) - Harvest is conveniently located in Harvest Alabama. Like any hospital Emergency Department, a Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) is open 24/7/365 and is equipped to treat patients with illnesses and injuries that require a higher level of care than urgent care facilities offer. With lab and radiology equipment, the FSED can treat a wide variety of serious illnesses and injuries including chest pain, severe allergic reaction, severe respiratory distress, broken bones, cuts requiring stitches, concussions, and other conditions. The facility is located on Highway 53 at Burwell Road in Harvest. The site was selected to improve accessibility and better serve the growing population. **Schedule: 13-week contract, Weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun) Nights** **Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED. + Registered in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). + Must maintain current certification/competencies in more than one Imaging modality. + A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Technologist is required. + Experience in both CT and X-Ray required. + BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required. **Requirements:** + Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols. + Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs. + Operate x-ray machines according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort. + Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
