Job Description:

   

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Federal Systems Integrator (FSI) Sales Executive to drive business growth within the Federal Government sector. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Systems Integrators supporting U.S. Federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Federal IT ecosystem, a strong track record of selling technology solutions, and a proven ability to navigate complex procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Growth:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) across Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence agencies.

Drive revenue growth by positioning HPE solutions as a key enabler of mission success.

Develop and execute account plans to expand our footprint within top FSIs.

Strategic Partner Engagement:

Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key FSIs, including capture managers, program managers, and procurement leaders.

Work collaboratively with FSIs to align solutions with Federal contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, BPAs).

Identify teaming opportunities and shape pursuits to maximize win probability.

Solution Selling & Proposal Leadership:

Articulate the value proposition of HPE solutions in Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Networking, and Digital Transformation.

Work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that address agency mission needs.

Support proposal development, including white papers, RFI/RFP responses, and partner-led bids.

Market & Competitive Intelligence:

Stay informed on Federal procurement trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Monitor key programs, budget allocations, and legislative changes affecting Federal IT investments.

Represent HPE at industry events, conferences, and FSI partner meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Federal IT sales, business development, or partner management.

Proven track record of selling IT solutions to or through Federal Systems Integrators.

Strong network of relationships a plus but not needed within FSIs i.e. Palantir, Sheild AI, Anduril, RTX, LM

Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and compliance requirements.

Technical acumen in emerging technologies such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Digital Modernization.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active security clearance (Secret, TS/SCI, or higher) is a plus.

Experience with DoD, Intel, or Civilian agency programs.

Knowledge of Federal funding cycles, appropriations, and procurement strategy.

Background in Federal capture management or government contracting.

If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $210,500.00 - $495,000.00
