As FSI Industry Lead and senior member of the area leadership team, you will build and accelerate the momentum of AI transformation for enterprise customers and partners in your industry while delivering on short-term and long-term financial goals and responsibilities.
You will lead an organization of account teams to create and foster long-term relationships, delivering value to enterprise customers and as a senior leader and sales coach, you will be fluent in sales-leadership practices and lead with vision, simplicity, and execution on a determined strategy for the complete industry within your market to deliver on sales targets, growth and pipeline. You will represent Microsoft’s point of view with organizations, regulators and relevant trade associations. You will have depth of Industry knowledge and credibility, with strong connections to the c-suite in the accounts across your portfolio. In addition, this role has people management responsibilities including driving employee growth and development, upleveling the Industry talent, executing projects and managing performance.
