Job Title: FSQ Technician
Job Description

The FSQ Technician is responsible for auditing production paperwork and conducting QA/QC tests on cheese and liquid food samples. The role involves a three-day rotation of tasks, including production quality checks, lab quality testing/analysis, and quality auditing.

The position is based in a food manufacturing facility and micro & chemistry lab. The team is close-knit with high accountability and teamwork, embracing an all-hands-on-deck mentality when needed. Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift for 2-3 weeks, which may be shortened depending on the candidate's grasp of the training material. The facility is currently adding new production equipment (Tetra 3), which will enable the packaging of shelf-stable beverages and create new positions. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.05/hr.
