Job Title: FSQ Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor and document quality control procedures and results.Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards.Collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.Train and educate staff on quality standards and best practices.Participate in internal and external audits.Essential Skills1-3 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with quality assurance in the food industry.Knowledge of SQF and other food quality standards.Understanding of microbiology and food safety principles.Work Environment

The work environment includes lab, office, and manufacturing settings. The position requires working four ten-hour shifts with some flexibility. The typical shift is from 8 AM to 6 PM, but there may be a need to work from 10 AM to 8 PM.
