**What will I be doing?** **Position Summary** \(bullet points\)
Lead theHotel Finance function transitionproject for a key business transformation program in line with the overall GCM FSSC priorities and enrollment roadmap\.
**Continuous Improvement** **Project Management \(90%\)**
·Fully understand GCM FSSC end\-to\-end process\.Follow standard project management approach to lead the cycle of hotel\(both Full\-Service and Focused Service\)Continuous Improvementprojects independently\. Include but not limited to below projects:
·Continuously improve the FSSC process by leading CI project transforming AS IS process to TO BE process and update SOPs accordingly\.
·Lead the transformation and implementation of FSSC Factory Model by tower to improve working efficiency\.Meanwhile, lead and coordinate with system vendors to develop and enhance the system process due to operations model change\.
·Lead and coordinate with 4 towers to identify the process improvement opportunity\.
·Leverage automation tools and solutions to improve the working efficiency\. Lead the project as a Project Manager\.
·Understand and identify the process pain\-points by tower, look for solutions\.
·Other regular projects and ad hoc Corporate projects, including budget preparation, automation, etc\.,
As part of Project Management Team Member, should take the backup role of Implementation Project Management\. The skills and knowledge include but not limited to:
**FSSC** **Implementation** **Project Management** **\(10%\)**
·Lead the cycle of hotel\(both Full\-Service and Focused Service\)enrollment independently\.
·Lead and coordinate hotel operations team, FSSC operations team, hotel onsite Finance team, and DOF to fully involve into the FSSC implementation process\. Lead the regular communication meetings including weekly meeting\. Gate review meeting until the hotel is stabilize and smoothly handover to FSSC operations team\.
·Responsible for pre\-go live training\. Including systems and process related training\.Improve training document used during enrollment by using online videos, online forms, etc\.
·Lead and coordinate with hotels and third\-party vendors for the system implementation along with migration\.Including DocMX, RPA, E\-voucher and other automation tools and systems\.
**Communication and Relationship management**
·Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders\.
·Builds supportive, productive, and trusted working relationships with Owners, Operations Finance Team, Hotel teams and SSC teams and Corporate team\.

·Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
·Minimum Years of Experience:8\-10years ofhotel financework experience
·Minimum Years of Management Experience:5years
·Minimum Years ofProjectManagement Experience:2years \(would be a plus\)
·Obtained PMP certification\(Preferred\)
·Strongcommunication andstakeholdermanagement skill
