A Maintenance I is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the hotel. More specific, to maintains, repairs and cleans mechanical areas/equipment and assist other trade mechanic in their duties to ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained hotel.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance I, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nWork with all trades to help with repairs and maintenance.\nChange filters on all supply air fans and fan coil units\nImplement preventive maintenance program, make repairs, conduct inventory and maintain accurate service and repair records\nMonitor, maintain and test Life Safety Systems in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations\nRespond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment\nWhat are we looking for?
