Job Summary:Serves as primary assistant to Marketing Director, and under the direction of the Director, manages and proactively purchases/stocks all necessary supplies, monitors efficient use of equipment and supplies, and acts as initial point of contact for customer service to all external clients and stakeholders by monitoring the general marketing email and phone line. The Office Assistant provides support to the entire Marketing department through budget maintenance (maintaining budget spreadsheet), reporting and processing, vendor communications, preparing documents for the monthly President’s Report, department calendar scheduling, meeting minutes, assisting the Director and Marketing Projects Lead in overseeing tasks assigned to student employees, and other duties as assigned by Marketing Director.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.

Required Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Demonstrated professional and/or educational experience in budget management with knowledge and/or experience with purchasing and invoicing
Demonstrated interpersonal and written communications skills
General understanding of marketing and communications principles
Associate degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism
