Fueling Admin Supervisor

You also help to ensure safe on-time fueling operation, customers’ coordination and interface, reinforcing all applicable regulations, policies and safety practices. The expected pay rate is $26.44/hr. Your activities Creating and managing bids Review daily attendance and write and serve disciplinary action, if necessary Analyze daily overtime usage and assist General Manager with daily overtime requests Responsible for disseminating the instructions to fueling personnel and monitoring their activities Assist General Manager with answering union grievances Responsible for making spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever change workflow Ensures compliance with company, airlines, FAA, ORD DOA, and OSHA procedures, rules and regulations Accounting of fuel dispersals receipts Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictate Work with airport operations personnel to ensure all safety and security guidelines are adhered to participate in airlines audit Completes accident/incident investigation and all associated paperwork as necessary Perform other duties as directed by immediate supervisor and or listed in GPPM Supplement Review and analyze daily customer metrics and assist General Manager with additional operational administrative duties Ad-hoc administrative duties Your Profile Valid driver’s license High School Diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years experience of fueling operations Experience in a supervisory role Valid driver's license Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel What we offer 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance At Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
