Role serves as the entry point into Service Parts and has responsibility of transactional activities which will enable part ordering, delivery and/or planning on a global basis. Responsible for updating work orders with information in a time sensitive manner to ensure that schedules for the field can be managed in an optimized way is key to the success of this role and NCR services. Position responsible for understanding Customer needs and NCR's contractual commitment to both our Internal and external customers; Liaise with 3rd party providers (3 PL), and will be responsible for ensuring that these carriers deliver on time. Required to ensure incoming parts requests submitted by FSC (Field Service Centre) are accepted, parts sourced and order is transacted (via ES or Remedy tools) and delivered in a timely manner or within expected delivery targets.
