Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Fulfillment & Shipping Supervisor who is responsible for leading daily operations within the shipping and fulfillment departments. This role focuses on team leadership, workflow optimization, and financial oversight to ensure that departmental goals align with broader company objectives. Success in this role requires strong operational knowledge and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operationsMonitor employee performance, provide ongoing training, and support career developmentPromote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work cultureOversee all distribution center functions, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shippingSet and drive daily and weekly performance goals aligned with company targetsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiencyManage operational budgets, control supply and labor costs, and monitor financial performanceUse data to guide decisions on resource allocation and process optimizationIntroduce cost-saving strategies without compromising service qualityEnsure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsConduct regular safety training and enforce safe equipment use and workplace practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

You Must Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operationsProven leadership and team management skillsExperience managing financial aspects of operations, including budgeting and cost controlProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and industry best practicesStrong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment

We Would Also Prefer:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experienceBackground in logistics, inventory control, or supply chain managementFamiliarity with lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologiesForklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - 70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
