Our client, a leading company specializing in custom retail displays and store fixtures, is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join our client's team in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate will monitor, fulfill, and maintain web-based hotlines.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, fulfill, and maintain web-based hotlinesAssist with preparing various reports (tracking, parts lists, etc.)Read basic drawings and layouts to determine required partsCommunicate with stores, team members, operations members, or store managers to clarify hotline requests and ensure accurate parts shipmentSupply shipping information and prepare shipping memosPrepare invoices for fulfillment parts and post invoices to retailer’s web-based systemsDifferentiate inventory allocated for new stores versus replacementsHandle inbound calls from stores and clients for fulfillment requests on other production jobsProvide backup to the Front Office Associate when neededRequirements:
Reliable and accountable with consistent attendance and punctualityDetail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions with minimal supervisionSelf-starter with a sense of urgencyStrong multi-tasking and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to create and maintain documents and spreadsheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels within the organizationStrong reasoning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problemsSchedule and Pay:
Monday to Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PM$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
