Fulfillment Associate I

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position, also known as Fulfillment Coordinator, is to effectively perform fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders for Lexis Nexis Research products, access provisioning and providing professional communication with internal and external customers. The primary purpose of this position is to consistently perform core and general order fulfillment tasks including, but not limited to, entering orders for Lexis Nexis products and providing professional communication with internal and external customers.

Accountabilities:

Responsible for processing of orders from new account creation, credit check, order initial review to invoicing, payment and user access set-up. This includes, but is not limited to, basic order functions including order review, order processing and account maintenance in accordance with established business rulesEffectively communicate with internal customers (i.e. Sales, Credit & Collection, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, etc.) fostering collaborative relationship with other LN department/teams.Provide invoice copies, contracts, orders and other customer information from the Fulfillment systems to Sales and/or customers, upon request.

Qualifications:

2 or more years of BPO experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with Order Fulfillment is preferred.Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft and SalesforceMust be in current role for 1 yearMust not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 monthsMust not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 monthsMust not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 monthsMust have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
