Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Fulfillment Buyer II for our business.
\nAs a Fulfillment Buyer II here at Honeywell ACST, you will act as a liaison between external suppliers and our internal stakeholder teams through close collaboration and effective communication. You will ensure that SAP purchase order delivery commitments are acknowledged and accurately represented. You will facilitate discussions and activity with suppliers to accelerate delivery schedules to align with program schedule requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible to monitor shipments and service completions.
\nYOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
\n\nReview and monitor purchase orders\nMonitor shipments and service completions\nUpdate SAP system with current and accurate delivery dates\nAssess supplier performance\nProvide delivery estimates and identify risk to program teams\nWork with internal teams to understand required need dates to support businesses\nEnsure that suppliers are acknowledging purchase orders and providing accurate delivery timelines\nFacilitate supplier actions to expedite delivery timelines in accordance with program schedule needs\nSupport invoice reconciliation and resolution\n\nThe annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $65,300.00-$81,600.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
