The Fulfillment Coordinator (FC) assists the Operations Team in carrying out all duties related to Receiving, Put away, Inventory Control, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Auditing, Productivity Tracking, and Shipping. They will also provide administrative support which may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

The successful candidate will:

Process (wave, print / organize paperwork and labels) customer orders. Basic Microsoft experience Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checking all orders for special requests, and post inventory records. LTL knowledge is a plus RF scanning knowledge ( SCALE ) is a plus Follow up with other departments to ensure the service standards are being met. Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices. Maintain damage records and back-order logs. Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given to customers. Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
