The Fulfillment Coordinator will provide administrative support to all managers. Specifically, in creating and managing reports, lists, databases, etc. Not quite to the level of an analyst, but someone that can build and maintain reports that an analyst would. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

Available Shift:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am -3:30pm Pay Rate: $19.35-$19.50/HR

The successful candidate will:

Primary: medium to advanced Excel skills in creating and maintaining reports Other: Managing Operational Supplies (via an Excel spreadsheet) Other: Creating/maintaining lists (phone lists and call lists to inform our folks of hours of operations) Other: Backing up our WPCs to pool and process orders
